Do we accept Medicare/Medicaid?

Assisted living at Colonial is on a private pay basis; however many long term care insurance policies do cover assisted living.

How do I know if I qualify?

We strive to provide care based on your individual needs. Therefore to provide the highest level of service we perform an evaluation prior to moving in.

Is transportation available?

Yes, scheduled transportation is available. We also provide local transportation to and from Doctors appointments at no additional charge. You may also still maintain your own private vehicle.

What if I need therapy?

Your outside provider can still help speed your recovery here at Colonial, and bill your Medicare and insurance company just as if you were at your own home.

How much will I be charged?

Colonial has a variety of different style and size availability and prices are available upon request.

How long is the lease and are there any up front costs?

We do have an agreement to sign to insure your understanding of the services we provide you are not locked into a long term contract. There are no deposits, endowment, or any other up front fees.
